Brickhouse Training Academy provides a recruitment pathway through our nationally accredited training programmes. To work in the security industry you must obtain our accredited Certificate II in Security Operations. Brickhouse Security has a designed Training course that provides the necessary training to meet each sectors requirements for security services.

trainingThe benefit of undertaking your training at the Brickhouse Training Academy is that we provide employment opportunities for successful participants at the completion of the course. Once you have obtained your security licence, gained employment with Brickhouse Security and completed the probationary period, we offer the Certificate III in Security Operations as a traineeship, at no cost to eligible participants. This level of training enables us to provide a nationally accredited qualification at no cost to our trainees, and provides further up-skilling, knowledge and confidence to carry out your job to a higher standard and further your career as a Brickhose Security Agent.
